By focusing on customers’ understanding of their own needs during Design and Pre-Construction, SCC provides an end product that aligns more closely with client’s priorities, whether it’s quality, timing, budget, or all of the above. After 12 years in the industry, SCC has simplified the construction process.
Vice President of Project Management
Josh is a valued team member at SCC, having worked here for over 10 years. His experience in Tenant Improvements, Residential Renovations, and Sales provides him with the ability to build positive and long-term relationships with customers, sub-trades, and suppliers.
Director of Operations
Marianela [ Ma-ree-a-ne-la ] has a background in Architecture and Urbanism, with over 13 years of design-build experience in Tenant Improvements, Residential, and Industrial. This range of experience brings creative solutions to projects’ challenges. Her role as Director of Operations has allowed her to maintain her passion: Design.
Isaac has worked with SCC Construction since 2014 as a Construction Manager, Project Coordinator, Site Supervisor, and Carpenter. With a Degree in Construction Management and Diploma in Business Management, Isaac seamlessly facilitates the construction process for customers’ and other stakeholders.
Sean Boyle, a Red Seal carpenter, has been building custom residential homes since 2005. Sean’s extensive experience allows him to manage SCC’s sites, from tenant improvement to custom homes. His goal is to satisfy clients needs by delivering the best product.
