Josh Bligh is a valued member of the team at Eagle Wealth Fund. As Project Manager, he has overseen the repositioning of many of our properties. Josh Bligh currently coordinates all project planning. Working closely with stakeholder, he oversees design, structuring proposals, project budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating certified professionals.

With over 20 years construction experience, Alex has successfully completed a wide variety of projects – from several particularly architecturally challenging iconic single-family homes in West Vancouver to multi-family projects in West Vancouver, New Westminster, Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam. Alex’s focus during all stages of construction – pre-construction through to occupancy – is defined by his pursuit for integrity, honesty and transparency in all of his interactions with owners, consultants and trades alike.

Senior Project Manager / Vice President of Construction
Isaac has worked with SCC Construction since 2014 as a Construction Manager, Project Coordinator, Site Supervisor and Carpenter. He graduated from BCIT in 2019 with a Degree in Construction Management after completing a Diploma in Business Management. Isaac now supports the execution of SCC’s projects by performing tasks related to planning, estimating, scheduling, client management, coordinating and reporting.
TJ has been working with SCC for the last 4 yrs on various improvement projects. He has a keen eye for details and has extensive experience in finishing carpentry, millwork, flooring, and special projects. He is creative, and fast paced. He see’s value in truly understanding the clients needs and executes on their vision, always in a timely fashion. With level 2 first aid, and years of construction experience, he’s a true asset to our team.
